Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Time Warner Cable, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Fidelity National Financial, in San Diego Superior Court; BJs Restaurants, and Infosys Technologies & Consulting, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Alliance Hospitality, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland; Sano Construction Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Corp.; Avis Budget Group, and LVN Property Management, in Orlando Federal Court; and Alorica Inc., in Tulsa Federal Court.
