     A title clerk claims Coggin Automotive Corp., of St. Augustine, fired her, saying it “does not need an employee like (her),” because she refused to notarize forged paperwork, including one reporting phony income for a buyer, in St. Johns County Court, Fla.

     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: CR&R Inc., and California Expanded Metal Products Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; William Myles and Sons Painting, in Los Angeles Federal Court; US Bank National Association, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, and Golden Star Trading Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; Answer Center America fka Total Quality Communications, in Chicago Federal Court; Grandview Marketing, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas; Edscha North America, in an ERISA complaint in Detroit Federal Court; Bellsouth Telecommunications dba AT&T, and A&K Energy Conservation, in Atlanta Federal Court; and Bogues Restaurant, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court.
     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
