     Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Diebold, in San Diego Federal Court; Credit One Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; JP Morgan & Chase Co. as successor to Washington Mutual Bank, in Tyler, Texas, Federal Court; Mortgage World Bankers, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Host International, and Urban Rustic dba Lodge, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Global Services USA, in Orlando Federal Court; Hattiesburg Cycles, in Hattiesburg, Miss., Federal Court; BOS Solutions, in Dallas Federal Court; and B/E Aerospace, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.
     (Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
