Kelsey Hayes Co. and TRW Automotive said a 57-year-old woman was from the "typewriter generation" when they fired her, she claims in an age discrimination and overtime complaint in Detroit Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Time Warner, and Jamison Properties, in Los Angeles Superior Court; KFC U.S. Properties, in San Diego Superior Court; Trinity Technology Group, in Sonoma County Court, Calif.; Chicago Printing and Embroidery, in Chicago Federal Court; and Advantis Real Estate Services, in Tampa Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
