Cracker Barrel manager Jason Storr locked an 18-year-old worker in a Kansas City store and demanded oral sex from her, she claims in Jackson County Court, Mo.

A black worker claims Slidell Welding Service fired him after subjecting him to racist and neo-Nazi behavior, such as, "No talking between slaves," and a noose in the workplace, in New Orleans Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Azteca America, and Ajilon Communications, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Domino's Pizza, on behalf of delivery drivers, in Manhattan Federal Court; Family Dollar Stores, in Detroit Federal Court; and the Devereux Foundation, in Gainesville, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
