OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Prince Khalid al-Suwaidi of Dubai defrauded L&J Supply Co. of $215,000 by sending it a $765,800 check for generators, then canceling part of the order and asking L&J to wire a $215,000 refund, which it did, only to find out the next day that Suwaidi had bounced the original check, L&J says in Federal Court.
It also sues his company, Maktoum al-Khalid Procurement and TJTM Hong Kong Ltd., which got the $215,000.
