Dennis Kucinich, Willie Nelson Sue|Texas Democratic Party Over Loyalty Oath

AUSTIN (CN) - Dennis Kucinich and Willie Nelson have sued the Texas Democratic Party and Secretary of State Phil Wilson, claiming they illegally refuse to put Kucinich on the Democratic Party presidential primary ballot because he crossed out the loyalty oath in the application, which states: "I further swear that I will fully support the Democratic nominee for President, whoever that shall be."
