PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) - A woman sued the University of Portland for civil rights violations, sued an adult student for sexual battery, and three other adult male students for defamation, claiming they posted vile statements about her on Facebook after alleged incidents that happened when she was 16 and drunk and incapable of consenting to anything due to her age and condition.
The woman demands damages for sexual battery, negligence, civil rights violations, defamation and emotional distress. She is represented in Multnomah County Court by Erin Olson.
