D.C. Circuit Tosses Repeat Environmental Challenge

WASHINGTON (CN) - The D.C. Circuit has thrown out a repeat challenge by the Natural Resources Defense Council over the Environmental Protection Agency's decision to exempt some methyl bromide emissions from Clean Air Act regulation. "The NRDC doesn't get a second bite at the same apple," Judge Williams wrote. See ruling.
