Curtailing the pandemic

PORTLAND, Maine — A federal judge in Maine dismissed a group of healthcare workers’ challenge to a rule requiring them to be vaccinated against Covid-19, affirming that there is a legitimate governmental interest in slowing the spread of the coronavirus disease.
