SAN DIEGO — A federal court in California ruled against a cryptocurrency exchange network called Silvergate, refusing to dismiss investors’ class claims against it for plausibly aiding and abetting the fraud scheme carried out by Sam Bankman-Fried, his crypto exchange FTX and his trading firm Alameda Research.
