Courts immune from student’s suit

DENVER — A federal court in Colorado granted summary judgment to the Denver County Judiciary on a Sturm College of Law student’s disability discrimination claims against the courts stemming from the failing grade he received after a magistrate judge barred the student from her courtroom during his externship, which was not going well. The judiciary enjoys absolute immunity on the claims.
