Court Lets Pilot Pursue Age-Discrimination Claim

ATLANTA (CN) - The 11th Circuit has allowed a pilot to pursue his age-discrimination claim against Hillsborough County. The court held that the over-50 plaintiff presented evidence that the county had rejected his application because the county decision-maker, in his own words, "didn't want to hire an old pilot." Remanded. See ruling.
