Convention of states dismissed

SAN ANTONIO — A Texas federal judge tossed an attempt by two Texas Republicans to require Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris and other federal officials to host a “Convention of the States” that would allow for amendments of the U.S. Constitution. This would be a matter for Congress to decide, not the courts.
