PHOENIX - Tolleson Union High School District unconstitutionally suspended a student for discussing with his friends what sort of person would shoot up a school, and when his parents complained, falsely claimed the boy "came from a home of domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual abuse," the family claims in Federal Court.
