CHICAGO - The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission claims Deepak Singhal, of Mt. View, Calif., and his mother, in Bangalore, India, made 424 "fictitious sales" on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, from which Deepak sent $118,868 in profits to his mom's account.
