     Kennedy Homes of South Barrington, Ill., demands $100 million from the Bank of Montreal and others, claiming the banks’ calculation errors threw the homebuilder into default, in Cook County Court. Here are the defendants: Bank of Montreal, Chicago branch; BMO Capital Markets Financing; Amalgamated Bank of Chicago; Associated Bank; LaSalle Bank NA; Charter One Bank NA; Bank of America NA; and Fidelity Bank.
     
     KPMG faces another class-action complaint accusing it of selling fraudulent federal tax shelters, in Cincinnati Federal Court.
