Mona Vie and its directors compete unfairly and tortiously interfere with business relationships by falsely claiming that its products cure cancer, Quixtar (the successor to Amway) claims in Salt Lake Federal Court.

An antitrust complaint in Los Angeles Federal Court accuses the Internet Corporation For Assigned Names and Numbers of wire fraud and illegal restraint of commerce, in cooperation with eNom Inc., and Registerfly.com.

Three people - Robert Paisola, Rex Wheeler and Wendy Hendry - are slandering and tortiously interfering with FranklinSquires Cos. on a Web site that makes false charges and attributes them to reputable companies, including The Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, CNN and Business Week, FranklinSquires claims in Utah County Court.
