SAN ANTONIO (CN) - Parents claim their son died of seizures caused by participating in Cedra Clinical Research's test of two drugs. The Robles family also sued Integreview, but the complaint in Bexar County Court does not name the drugs at issue.
The late Michael Robles' parents and daughter are represented by Jason Joy of Houston.
Robles died at 35. He had never suffered seizures before participating in the trial, his parents say. They say Cedra dropped him from the trial after he showed "signs of physical distress," which continued after he stopped taking the drugs.
