PAINESVILLE, Ohio (CN) - Despite a 1994 Ohio Supreme Court ruling that uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage follows people, not vehicles, Progressive Casualty Insurance charges separate premiums for each vehicle in a household, a class action claims in Lake County Court.
