Class Action Calls 'Cost Recovery' A Scam

TEXARKANA, TEXAS (CN) – A federal class-action complaint accuses Cost Recovery Corp. of defrauding drivers across the United States by dunning them for charges allegedly owed to city police departments that respond to fender benders.
