A man claims Jones County, Miss., sheriff's deputies beat and stomped him at his mother's home, then held him in solitary confinement for 12 days on bogus allegations of "being a terrorist" and "storing cooking oil," in Hattiesburg Federal Court. He says no charges were ever filed.
