CHICAGO (CN) - Christian Dream Builders violated court orders barring it from selling unregistered securities, and bilked a man and woman of more than $200,000 by promising, but failing, to pay 125 percent returns on investments within 90 days, the couple claims in Cook County Court. They also sue Kenneth Bivens and Anderson J. Ward. See complaint.
