Changes Implemented in|Wildlife Habitat Program

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Natural Resources Conservation Service has issued a final rule for the Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program.

The rule describes how the agency, using the funds, facilities, and authorities of the Commodity Credit Corporation, implements the program in response to changes made by the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act.

This final rule clarifies policies to improve program implementation that were set forth in the interim final rule.
