The California Chamber of Commerce sued California Attorney General Xavier Becerra in federal court, claiming his attempt to force food manufacturers to put a cancer warning on products that contain the possible carcinogen acrylamide is unconstitutional forced speech.

SACRAMENTO — The California Chamber of Commerce brought a federal complaint claiming California is unconstitutionally forcing speech by trying to make food manufacturers put a cancer warning on products that contain the possible carcinogen acrylamide.
