The court says a reasonable consumer would perceive the products as not containing harmful chemicals based on the “Pure Irish Butter” labeling.

He says he feared for his life when he shot the shirtless suspect, who wielded a pointed fence post. The video shows the man was “clearly” having a mental or emotional crisis, but he never verbally threatened the officers and the court says the fence post was not brandished threateningly.

WILMINGTON, N.C. — A federal court in North Carolina dismissed a motorcycle dealer from a lawsuit filed after it repaired a bike for a couple, who then crashed when part of the braking system failed, killing the wife and seriously injuring the husband. The dealer was fraudulently added as a party to foil diversity jurisdiction, which now exists and the plaintiffs’ motion to remand is denied.
