Campaign finance

WASHINGTON — Gun-control advocacy group Giffords sued the National Rifle Association, accusing it Tuesday of evading campaign finance rules “by using a series of shell corporations to illegally but surreptitiously coordinate advertising with at least seven candidates for federal office.”
