SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A California appeals court reversed the trial court’s decision to dismiss a criminal defendant’s charge for carrying a concealed firearm in her vehicle. The Supreme Court’s Heller and Bruen decisions mean California’s concealed carry prohibition remains constitutional even if the firearm licensing statutes were unconstitutional.
