LAS VEGAS (CN) - A businessman claims he was gypped out of a chance to meet Angelina Jolie despite paying $30,000 at an auction to benefit children with neurogenetic disorders.
David DelZotto claims in Clark County Court that he paid $30,000 at an auction sponsored by the Lili Claire Foundation to meet the Oscar winner, but says the organization not only failed to deliver, but also kept his money.
DelZotto is represented by James Pengilly with Pengilly Robbins.
