(CN) - In a particularly obnoxious collections complaint, Santander Consumer USA dba Drive Financial is accused of calling a chronically sick child more than 150 times to demand payment of a debt from someone neither the child nor his parents know. The parents say they bought their child a cell phone because of his illness, and the defendants have blown off cease and desist letters.
