GREENBELT, Md. — A federal court in Maryland declined to dismiss a grocery store’s residential neighbors’ lawsuit against the store, which has brought noise, trash and traffic on their property. The construction of the store cracked their driveway and a shoplifter ran onto their property to try and steal their bikes to get away; therefore the residents’ negligence, trespass and nuisance claims survive.
