LOUISVILLE (CN) - Express Scripts president Ronald Allen sexually battered an employee with a baseball bat, masturbated in her presence in the office and sexually harassed her in other obnoxious ways, the woman claims in Jefferson County Court.

Among other things, the woman claims that "On more than one occasion, Allen directed (her) to have sex with Allen while in the office."

She claims that "In another instance, Allen called (her) to his office and stated to (her) 'I've just been dying to show you how big my cock is, when I see your nipples in your blouse.' Allen then removed his penis from his trousers and began to masturbate. On another occasion while in the office, Allen forced the large end of a baseball bat into (her) vagina. (She) begged Allen to stop, but instead of stopping, Allen masturbated in front of (her)."

She demands punitive damages for sexual harassment, retaliation, battery, assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
