BALTIMORE (CN) - Savings First Mortgage refused to discipline a supervisor who "grabbed plaintiff by the ankles, lifted her up into the air, spread her legs wide apart, simulated oral sex, while bringing his face within inches of her genital area," but fired her on a pretext when she complained of it, she claims in Federal Court.
Latrisha Seward says she "screamed as loud as she could" and the supervisor "dropped her straight to the ground."
She says this mistreatment occurred in front of another supervisor, in the second supervisor's office, and that "the whole time" the second supervisor "sat around laughing."
She demands damages for harassment, battery, distress and retaliation. She is represented by Bart Garry.
