AUSTIN, Texas — A federal court in Texas agreed to strike Williamson County’s video evidence when ruling on its motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing police of tasing Javier Ambler to death. His family claims the body-cam footage of the incident was heavily redacted and edited.
