Plaintiffs are Alliance Atlantis Releasing dba Momentum Pictures; Spanish company Aurum Producciones; and Alliance Films Inc.
Michel Shane aka Michael Shane and Hand Picked Films owe Payman Mahjoory more than $121,000 for his investment in "A Christmas Carol" play, the investor claims in Los Angeles Superior Court.
