MINNEAPOLIS - Douglas Reuter claims his licensee, Jax Ltd., cheated him of royalties on the board game he invented, "Sequence," through sublicensing and foreign sales. Reuter claims "about 80 percent of Jax's revenue comes from the success of Sequence."
