A blind substitute teacher sued several Cincinnati-area school districts in federal court, claiming they'll no longer let him teach without a full-time assistant despite successfully teaching on his own in the past.

CINCINNATI – A blind substitute teacher sued several Cincinnati-area school districts in federal court, claiming they'll no longer let him teach without a full-time assistant despite successfully teaching on his own in the past.

The plaintiff is Kyle Conley and the defendants are Lakota Local School District, Fairfield City School District, Ross Local School District and the Southwest Ohio Council of Governments.
