Black Farmers Case

WASHINGTON - John Boyd Jr., a black farmer who spent two decades on litigation to remedy minority discrimination, persuaded a federal judge to have the D.C. Superior Court preside over his suit against Dennis Gingold and the firm Kilpatrick, Townsend & Stockton.
