Biometric Data

A federal court in Illinois declined to dismiss a class action suit against Kronos brought by employees of companies that use the software and services provider’s biometric-based time clocks. The employees claim Kronos has violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and does not inform them that it is collecting their biometric data.
