Mitchell Klebanoff claims Beverly Hills Ninja 2 breached his contract, defrauded, defamed and conspired against him and failed to pay him for work on a sequel to "Beverly Hills Ninja," which he also directed, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Klebanoff and Terra Firma Productions sued Beverly Hills Ninja 2, BHN2, Dancing Ninja Productions, Legacy Filmworks, GV Entertainment, Jungho Han aka John Han, Danielle Na, and Deboragh Gabler, alleging breach of contract, fraud, civil conspiracy and defamation.
