Beaverhead Deerlodge

BUTTE, Mont. — A federal court in Montana dismissed a wildlife group’s lawsuit alleging the U.S. Forest Service violated the National Environmental Policy Act by delaying a supplemental analysis while managing Beaverhead Deerlodge National Forest. Conservationists could not show that the service needed to take a discrete agency action.
