Beating the sanctions

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A federal court in Arkansas allowed a maximum-security prison inmate to proceed with his allegations that prison staff are failing to provide him constitutionally adequate care for his hepatitis C. Despite his recent sanction under a “three strikes” rule for filing frivolous lawsuits, the magistrate noted the “most serious” of his claims are exempt from the sanction due to the “immediate danger” he faces.
