JERSEY CITY (CN) - North Fork Bank officer Dana Samarelli defrauded an 83-year-old account holder with Alzheimer's by transferring more than $591,000 of his money into a joint account with her at another bank, and withdrawing for her own use more than $700,000 from his accounts, the man claims in Hudson County Court.
