Arizona Election Results

The Maricopa County Superior Court ruled that the Arizona Republican Party and its attorneys must pay the Arizona secretary of state $18,000 in attorney fees for a failed lawsuit challenging the 2020 presidential election results. The court determined the plaintiff’s legal position was “flat wrong” and that it refused to admit it sued the wrong party.
