MANHATTAN (CN) - A former staffer for state Sen. Efrain Gonzales Jr. pleaded guilty in Federal Court on Monday to taking a no-show job with the Community Association of Progressive Dominicans. Miguel Castanos, 48, was paid more than $30,000 for nothing from August 2004 to March 2006. He faces up to 20 years in prison at his July 6 sentencing.
