FORT LAUDERDALE (CN) - Cellco Partnership and Mobile Messenger Americas, a "secondary aggregator," are the latest business partners to face a class-action lawsuit accusing them of charging customers for services they do not want, never ordered, and did not authorize. Mobile Messenger is a subcontractor of MQube, which faces similar class-action complaints in other courts, this suit states. See complaintin Broward County Court.
