Abortion care

HELENA, Mont. — A state law that prevents advanced practice registered nurses from providing abortion care is unconstitutional, a Montana trial court judge ruled, finding the statute violates the Montana Constitution by violating “patients’ right to privacy and procreative autonomy.”
