‘A Nice Place to Grow’

The state of Texas wants to cancel zoning permits issued to Spec's Liquors and Spec's Wines, Beers and Fine Foods, because they're too close to the 1,000-foot alcohol-free zone around Memorial Elementary, whose motto is "A Nice Place to Grow." The state seeks an injunction in Harris County Court.
