FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A federal court in Florida dismissed the Columbian government’s racketeering lawsuit against a helicopter company that allegedly sold defective helicopters to the Columbian Air Force. The government agency did not show a pattern of behavior constituting a racketeering violation, however.
