JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Supreme Court ruled a lower court properly determined that a section of a state law relating to sexual assault cases was constitutionally invalid. The provision, which required defense attorneys to provide certain information to victims of sexual offenses, violated the attorneys’ free speech rights.
